Vio Sonora was born from a different way of understanding music: not as background, but as part of the experience.

The journey began in Japan, discovering the culture of kissa — Japan’s listening cafés, where listening to music becomes a ritual. Places made for slowing down, paying attention and enjoying the sound, the atmosphere and the moment.

That way of listening took us further.

To the morning coffee. To the ritual of matcha. To French pastry. To a selection of wines from Spain, Italy and France, to sake and sherry, and to Japanese whiskies. To small plates to share, a conversation and a song that deserves to sound the way it was imagined.
Little by little, all those influences found a single home.
